I currently have a website under another host (angelfire) with domain forwarding since i bought my own url. I have built a new website through Frontpage 2003 which I want to upload to a cheaper and canadian host. is it possible to upload my new site without interfering with my old site until I know everything is set up properly and working?
What is IP shared? Are the page counters invisible? Can I add a previous guestbook? Is it possible to add video/audio? And does the canadian webhosting shut down temporarily for a period of time due to performance reasons?
Sorry for all the questions, but i don't want to upload my new site and delete my old site before I know what my options are and what is available? |

You can upload your site without interfering with your current site.
It means you share the ip address with other websites. You only need dedicated ip when you need to purchase SSL certificate for secure ecommerce (ie accepting credit cards online). Most likely, you will not be able to add a previous guesbook. You can add video/audio.
We do not shut down websites. |
