Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance at our Vancouver, Harbour Center facility during the following window:

Monday, August 12, 2013 from 00:01 PT to 04:00 PT (Aug. 12, 07:01-11:00 GMT).

During this window, we will be replacing the active routing engine on our distribution router. This routing engine was diagnosed to be faulty and needs to be replaced to avoid future incidents.

This maintenance will be SERVICE IMPACTING. You may experience packet loss and latency for up to 10 minutes during the 4 hour window while traffic fails over to the backup routing engine, and the faulty module is being replaced.
