I hope you are mentioning about your notification mails to your domain with CWH (domain not mentioned in your reply though).
There is a chance that it might have been blocked in the mail filter logs. So first, we need to analyze this in detail after checking the mail-server and mail filter logs or else may need to whitelist as needed.
Please shoot in a mail to

# Recipient mail address (with password if possible)
# Any error / bounce message received at the sender. (with FULL MESSAGE HEADERS)
