Speed of response frpm CWH support for pre-sales question

I posted a pre-sales question on Saturday June 7th at around 3pm EDT. I haven't seen it or a response pop up on the forum yet and it is now Monday June 9th, 6:20pm. I was wondering what kid of response time I can expect from CWH and is this the same kind of response time for Tech Support?
