Hello martalex,

You can use the 'Backup Manager' option available in Plesk panel to backup and restore your database.

You can follow the below given steps to backup your SQL database.

1) Login to plesk
2) Domains >> your domain
3) Backup Manager >> Database Backup Repository
4) Select the database from the drop down and click "Back Up"
5) Give a name for the backup file and click OK
6) You can now download the backup copy

Also you can use SQL Management Studio 2008 and work on your database. Please see the links for more information.

To restore the database,

Login to Plesk > go to Backup Manager > Database Backup Repository > Select the required backup file from the list and click Restore Selected.

If you do not have the backup file on the server, you can upload the backup file to the server repository from your local machine.

Confirm the restoration by selecting the corresponding check box and click OK.

You can use the MSSQL management studio to restore the database as well.
