I read somewhere that there is a way to block my IP from being recorded in the statistics, but I can't remember where I saw it. I've searched these forums and the FAQs but haven't found it. Anyone know the procedure or where to find it?

Hi,

If your domain is hosted in a cpanel server, you can edit the awstats conf file of the domain located at /home/username/tmp/awstats.domain.com.conf and add the IP address to the field

SkipHosts="IP address"

You can edit it using the file manager tool available in cpanel and save it.

Just checked my stats for this new month and I'm not in them. Well, not in Awstats, so that worked.
