email client config for smtp
Posted: Sat Feb 09, 2008 6:27 pmI am trying to access my email via my handheld smartphone. I have configured the outlook mobile app to access my pop3 email using the incoming mail server set to mail.mydomainname.ca.
What do I set the outgoing smtp server to. If I set itp to my current isp smtp server (smtp1.sympatico.ca) it does not work in all likelihood because of the port 25 blocking issue.
Can I use mail.mybomainname.ca:26 as the smtp outgoing mail server and if not what do I use to be able to actually send emails from my handheld smartphone.
My email accounts are all hosted at CWH.
