Emails from one particular domain not getting through

To start, I've started a ticket with CWH support, and asked my clients ISP to look into the issue as well.

That said, I thought I'd throw the question out to the general community.

I switched over to CWH Flexible Cloud VM about a month ago. No problems except that one client in particular can receive emails from me, but I cannot receive any from them. Support tells me the domain is not blocked. In fact, we cannot even see any log of incoming emails, only my outgoing emails to them show up.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello Bokehman,

If the incoming email hit your server, there should be some log in your mail server logs. As long as there is nothing logged in, the mails are not reaching your server. You will have to contact the sender and ask them whether they are getting any bounce back messages or what they see in their server logs regarding these mail transactions.
