Email Delay?

Hello

I created a new email for my client through cpanel and I tried to test it and I got an error sent back to me

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server.

Is there a delay from when I create the account?

The domain csrp.ca resolves to our server now. Can you check if you continue to have mail issue.?
