I am VERY new to this. I have my web site name and my web site with you as the host. I go to my website and see your placeholder page welcoming me. Now I want a WebSite that I can manage and put information on.
Your Value Plus sitebuilder seems to be what I need.
My questions seem to be too simple.
Is this statement correct? I pay you $10 and get the Value Plus plan and will be able to establish my site.
What does the remaining $10 per month pay for?

The Sitebulider plans are:
1) Lite Plus: 3.50$/month
2) Silver Plus: 12.00$/month
3) Gold E-commerce: 19.50$/month

Let me explain, how it works. Once you sign-up for Sitebulider, a sitebuilder account will be created for you. This account will be linked to or connected to your hosting account. So that you can login into the sitebuilder account and create and publish your website.

Later, if you wish to modify the webpages or add new pages, you'll again require the Sitebuilder. For that, the sitebuilder account should be active. So there is a monthly fee for that service.

If you're quite sure, you'll not update your website again and don't need the Sitebuilder, you can cancel the Sitebuilder account. However, if you wish to use the Sitebuilder later and enable another sitebuilder account, your old webpages will not be available on that.
