Does Canadian Webhosting support webpages created in iWeb on a Mac?

Yes it does. You will need to fill in the FTP info in iWeb and it will automatically publish.

When uploading a site from iWeb, is it as simple as filling in the required ftp information for Canadian Webhosting on the site publishing settings and then hitting clicking on the Publish icon?...or is there another step that involves an ftp client come into play?

There is no need to use any FTP client. iWeb has its own builtin FTP client. You will just have to select 'FTP Server' in the 'Publish to:' field of the site publishing page, enter the FTP details we provide you and click 'Publish Site'.
