image on secure server/paypal shopping cart custom page

I'm ready to sign up to the basic plan. I'm planning on using a Paypal cart which is customized with our logo. The image needs to be on a secure server so that our visitors dont get the "do you want to display non-secure item" popup.
That's all I need https for...to store a lil silly 16kb image.
Is it possible throught CWH's basic plan? I won't invest in a more elaborate plan at this time but that custom paypal page is important to me.
