support for .mdb files, can upload instructional video?

We have a mailing list .mdb file and are looking at the windows shared hosting plan. I didn't see a feature related to this. Does the windows plan support this file, and also we have a couple small video files we will need on our website.

Sorry for the delay.
Yes, you can upload an .mdb (Access database) to the server and connect to it and use that for the mailing list. To can use the following connection strings mentioned in the URLs to connect:
http://www.connectionstrings.com/accesshttp://www.connectionstrings.com/access-2007You may also upload small video files to the server.
