Im just woundering a few things on the CA Could Value Hosting.

1. How many mySQL databases are aloud
2. How many subdomains are aloud
3. How many email Alias are aloud

p.s. I cannot seem to connect to the PHP live support help desk. Ive tried in both sales and support with no luck. I can fill in the form, and click chat, it connects to the chat window with no one replying to me. It stays open for 2minutes and then goes to another forum to send an email.

Is it something i am doing or an issue with help desk. Thanks

Live support still doesnt seem to work for me.

For the up to 6months hosting from a previous host. Is that something i should get together before i get a CWF hosting account or can that be done a week or so after ive made a CWF hosting account?
