Does automatic back-up is included in your vps service?

Hello,

Backup service is not automatic. VPS accounts have two backup options.

A. Backup option through the control panel - our support team can help you setup a backup schedule. This option stores your backup file on your server and will require you to download for safe keeping.
B. R1soft backup service - $0.50 a gig per month and is stored to another server within the data center.
