Is this function enabled?

I'm creating a website that will require registration
and activation keys will be sent by e-mail just like this
forum registration process. Your hostings are
interesting !

Thanks!

Mike

Quite possibly this comes a bit too late, but it's been of interest to me as well today so I figured I'd reply anyhow.

mail() was working for me earlier today on CWH, so I'd say that the answer is yes - however it stopped working about two hours after I started using it. For that matter I can't seem to successfully send email from webmail, so the problem seems more generalized than php in nature.

Failing having mail(), you could always rock some fsockopen() stuff. Explore sending mail via a telnet session with an smtp server and you'll gain some ideas on how to accomplish the same thru php.

With regards to mail() and sending mail in general not working, I've put in a ticket and I'd imagine it'll be working again soon. Stuff may not always work around here but they're always quick to address and solve problems, and that's what really counts.
