Canadian Webhosting Forums

Someone let me use his server but he is not equipped to handle hosting clients so looking for somewhere else to go.

I run a Canadian Freebie forum and am using vbulletin. We are a freebie forum of almost 4,000 member's and roughly have about 300 post a day and sometimes 60-70 member's on it at one time. I was told previously that I needed a dedicated server out forum just doesn't make enough money to spend that kind of money. It's apperently the cpu usage. Do you have any plans that will help us out? And what would it cost. Thanks in advance.
