Mail not working

Hi there, we can't seem to get all of our email accounts working properly.
We have 4 users, and only one of them has working email. We keep getting error messages saying the username or password is incorrect. I've tried deleting them and starting over but it's the same thing every time.
I'm stuck!
We are using Thunderbird as our mail software, but I have tried setting it up in Outlook to see if Thunderbird is the issue, but we have the same problem.

Any ideas?

Hello Kate,

Can you please send a mail to our support team(support@canadianwebhosting.com) with the login details of the email accounts that is encountering this issue.

They will check in detail and shall get it corrected.
