username/pass in welcome email doesn't work!

Hi, I just signed up tonight, and I got the welcome email in my inbox. I tried to log into CPanel (as I created a new domain, I used the IP address as suggested) but the username/password isn't working. I am using the one that the email has...not sure what's going on here.
