Q: I am registering a new .CA domain. I am registering it as a Canadian Citizen. I want to have my WHOIS information private. Can I add ID protection to this domain name?
A: When you register a .CA domain as a Canadian Citizen your WHOIS information is automatically private. This is the reason that you are unable to add ID protect to a .CA domain when you register it as a Canadian Citizen.
