I have a favicon for my website, and I've uploaded it to my public_html folder, but it's not appearing on my website. I tried putting the favicon.ico file outside the public folder, and it didn't work either.

can anyone tell me what to do?

You just need to upload 'favicon.ico' to the public_html folder. Clear the browser's cache and access your website once again.

If it still doesn't work, please open a ticket at support@canadianwebhosting.com, with the domain details. We will check it.

yup I fogot to clear the cache (I did "refresh" a few times, but that didn't work -- opened it in safari, it was there)
