We need to change the contact info on our Domain. How do I go about changing that?

You can update the Customer information from your AMC.

> Login to AMC: https://canadianwebhosting.com/AMC/login.asp
> Customer Info
> Update info.

Kindly try to update info using these details and if you still encounter any issues, please drop a mail to sales@canadianwebhosting.com and they will update the info.
