Microsoft Publisher

I’m quite a novice when it comes to web development and what I would like to do is to make a simple web page.
My question is how do I upload my web page that I made from Microsoft publisher 2007 onto the web hosting service with Cpanel? I would just like to be able to view my
Website with only seeing what I’ve created in publisher when I go to my site.
I’m able to save my .pub files into html through publisher but when I go to upload it I get an error message. Is there a way to upload the files I need and to know where to properly put them in order
have it viewed properly on my website?
