So, my first time in here, I've just seen that the posts are moderated, we have to wait until the post is approved before it show= censored , so they must be removing everything that doesn't please the company... and leave only the good comments.. making it look like everything is fine with the service..

I think if we removed all negative posts, you'd see external sources pointing to this fact. I'd suggest searching for it on Google to see if this happening or not as you prob won't take my word for it

Anyways, we moderate because we can't stop the Vi*gra and porn posts from hitting our forums
