Hi,

Simply log into your control panel, go to Go to Domains >> Simple dns zone editor
-Select a domain >> cnrcmedia.com
-Add an CNAME Record
-Name: photography
-CNAME: cnrcmedia.smugmug.com
- click on ADD CNAME record and finish

Please let us know if run into any issues or have any other questions.

It says I need the zoneedit feature....not the simple dns editor.

It should now be ok. I added it manually and enabled Advanced DNS Editor for all to use.

Hi,

I did some Google search on this error and came up with this forum post:

http://dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=905521&postcount=4

It doesn't want the cname changed to nickname.smugmug.com instead it should be to domains.smugmug.com.

I have made the changes:

photography.cnrcmedia.com IN CNAME domains.smugmug.com

It should take several hours to propagate.
