Cpanel - databases gone

Hello, I didn't quite know where to post this question.

The last thing I did with Cpanel was uninstalling SiteFrame, and now it seems that all databases on my site are gone.
If they're really really gone, is there any sort of backup available from the webhosting staff?

CPanel says There are no databases associated with your account

and

There are no users associated with your account.

~~

Pages that use a database don't load, and ones with a gallery give the error Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in.... lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php

In any case, a good reminder for me to back up more frequently. : p

Hi Sakana,

I will suggest you to send us a support ticket or email to support@canadianwebhosting.com for faster support.
For shared packages, we have backup on the server. Please let us know your domain name. Our tech can look for the backup on server.

Thanks
