Hello all,

I watched the Updating DNS tutorial video (http://www.canadianwebhosting.com/flash/index.asp) for updating your domain on GoDaddy to point to Canadian Webhosting. The screens in the video did not match what I was seeing on GoDaddy. I wonder if the GoDaddy interface has changed since the last time the video was updated.

I'm pretty sure I figured out how to update the name servers, but am still not having success with my site.

Are these still the correct name servers?

NS1.NAMESERVER11.COM
NS2.NAMESERVER11.COM

Please contact our support team or your registrar directly and they can advise you on the steps to use to update the DNS. Each of our servers will have a unique set of DNS to be use; our support team can provide you with the correct information.
