I've installed Wordpress onto my site, set up my database, and configured wp.config.php according to the instructions. When I try to access the install.php page in the wp-admin folder I get a blank screen. I've searched for help, but I can't seem to locate the source of the problem.

You need to ensure that proper ownership / permission are granted to the required installation folder for proper WP installation. Once installed fine, you may need to remove that folder too. Make sure to keep the default theme itself, instead of others, especially the ones without high rating.

If you are in shared server, you can install WP using Softaculous very easily. Please try it out. If issues persist, feel free to open a Support ticket with all the details, errors, etc.
