delay in auto responders

I've been sending out about 5000 emails through a program to our clients and we used to receive their auto responders for "Out of Office" or the email does not exist within a few hours.

After switching to CWH, the delay has increased to close to 2 weeks time, I was wondering if it is my end that's causing the delays in receiving them or is it the recepients problem that they are replying slower. It has never happend before, the programs are up to date.

Please advise. Thank you.

Have u sent in a support ticket regarding this issue.. ?
If yes, we would have certainly sorted it out.
