Shell access

According to the RoR startup article I should have shell access with PuTTy? What is the ip/port etc? <domain>@<domain> w/ my cpanel password isnt working.

Your information is in the welcome setup email.
The port is 22 and ip/remote host is your domain name.

Accutly it was because it wasnt turned on in account managment (when you click login on the mainpage)

I have a Basic account ($4.95/m) do I have shell access?
If not, does the 9.95/m plan have shell access?
I basically want to try and run a subversion server

All plans have shell access except the Basic plan.
