Is there a way on the CA Pro plan to redirect DNS requests to other hosts? (A and CNAME records?)

Yes, If you have a hosting account with us, you can set DNS for your domain on our server. Please open a ticket to support with the following details,

1] CNAME that you wish to set.
2] Remote host to which you wish to redirected.

We shall do this for you.
