Clarification on SSL Certificates

Hello,
I use your hosting service for a personal site and am very happy with it. I've been asked by my work to create an e-commerce site that will operate separately from our company website and suggested using your hosting company.
I will be using osCommerce which supports secure transactions.

I understand that to have SSL work properly, I need the Power plan (or higher). I also understand that to apply for one through CWH, I can do so using this info:
http://helpdesk.canadianwebhosting.com/support-center/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=22&id=2

You ask for:
Company name
Company Division
Email
City, State, Country

Is this just the info that will appear in the SSL certificate (so just using our company name is okay) or does it need to be something specific?

Finally, when jumping to a secure page, will the end-user get an error message like this: https://www.precisiontransfer.com/
Or will it be a seamless jump to the secure page?

I'm obviously learning as I go, so any extra info you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.

When you have the secure page, it's a seemless jump and you won't see any errors or popup security notification. Yes, basically, Company Name, Company Division, Email address and City, State/Province, and Country.
