I have a few developers that are building stuff for me, I was wondering how can they gain access to phpMyAdmin for specific a specific database without going through cpanel.

Any help is appreciated.

phpMyAdmin is a cpanel utility and therefore as per cpanel settings, you need to access it using cpanel credentials. Else you need to manually install phpMyAdmin in your domain and give access to them. But in shared servers, this will be difficult. So as of now, using cPanel logins to phpMyAdmin seems the way.
