Where did awstats go?

Using "cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)" to manage my domains and I've always had a awstats icon under "logs" but now it's gone.

Not a big deal, the other log viewers work fine, I'm just wondering.

Hi Alfred,

Thank you for your post.

Upon checking your account, the Awstats is disabled for some reason.

I already have it enabled and you may now recheck your cPanel.

Attached is a screenshot of it as well.

I did check "Choose Log Programs" and Awstats had a lock symbol like all the rest.

I think it had been disabled for a reason. Now when I click on a log to view instead of showing the log, it just asks if I want to open "awstats.pl":
The url showing on the "view" link is:
Code: Select all
http://www.broxxxxxxxxx.ca:2082/cpsess3386476775/awstats.pl?config=broxxxxxxxxx.ca&ssl=&lang=en
(without the Xs of course)

Hi Alfred,

I made some changes on the server.

Please recheck your cPanel Awstats and get back to us once it's still giving you the same pop-up.

Nope, still the same. In Firefox I get the popup asking to open awstats.pl and in chromium it just opens the script to a blank page. And I mean a really blank page, if I 'view source' it is empty.

Is awstats.pl corrupt? Anyone else on this server (mm2) having the same issue?

Hi Alfred,

It should be working fine now.

I tried it from my end and it's working.

There's just some settings that needed to be tweaked from the server.

You may also open a ticket by emailing our support team at support@canadianwebhosting.com.

If you have further concerns, please let us know.
