Mail going into a black hole.

I have various linux machines around Ontario. They all use the dynamic DNS of my provider EasyDNS. Since my mail is hosted by CWH the mail uses CWH local DNS to resolve the addresses. Thus since it can't find siren.dhcp.carterfamily.ca the mail goes into a black hole. I'm assuming this is an anti-spam feature.

I've got a ticket logged to fix this with CWH about 5 days ago. It's still outstanding (I'm assuming their backlog which working in support I can understand this). So my question. I'm looking for an interm solution until the issue is resolved.

Does anyone know a way I can set up my DNS/Mail or anything so that my system and virus alerts don't fall into the black hole? (I'm trying to avoid setting up a hotmail account for the alerts) Is there a way I can set up sendmail to let CWH think it's coming from a local machine?

Thanks,
Michael

We have now setup a feature called Barracuda, which is a hardware firewall to stop spamming.
Now that you wont have any mail issues.
if yes, feel free to send in a support ticket.
