VZPP + Plesk 9.X for windows Bug: No way to install web apps

* Container must have VZPP enabled
* Download an application from APS Standard catalog and put into repository
* Go to Domain > Web Apps > Install new web app
* Clic on the category for the webapp
Screen keeps loading until the end, never ends. Disabling of Power panel causes feature to work .
