Symptoms
When Health Monitor is enabled in Parallels Plesk Panel installed on Windows 2008, the process manager shows high CPU load; the process WmiPrvSE.exe is always on top of CPU consumption.
Cause
The problem is related with the WMI implementation in Windows 2008.
Resolution
Turn off Health Monitor in Parallels Plesk Panel.
