How to disable plain text authentication for POP3 and SMTP to achieve PCI compliance?

Plesk 10.3 for Linux/Unix
Symptoms
Qmail MTA and Courier IMAP POP3/IMAP server use plain text authentification by default.
Resolution
To forbid authorization without encrypting it is necessary to execute following commands:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/pci_compliance_resolver --enable qmail
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/pci_compliance_resolver --enable courier
