I was wondering if there is a web portal that allows someone to manage a mailing list outside of Plesk. I have a mailing list that I want to allow someone to manage, but they should not have access to Plesk. Messages from the list indicate it is using Mail Enable, and from the documentation Mail Enable has a web admin portal, is it available to use or can it be turned on?

Mail Enable webmail will be available but it would not support mailing lists. To manage the mailing list you would need to use third party application like PHP mailing lists.
