We do support stored procedures in shared servers. In case you have any trouble with this, please open a ticket to support.

cPanel does not allow mysql stored functions because MySQL trigger, Stored Procedures, Views and Stored Functions setup requires SUPER privileges, we can manually run the script to create them if we only have a few to setup. Complex databases requiring extensive use of this functionality are not suited for a shared hosting environment and should look at our VPS and Managed Dedicated Server products to have full control over their MySQL databases.
