I am a current customer using your starter plan service. Recently I am using PEAR for php, but it seems like your hosting machine does not have PEAR installed, could you please let me know how to install and configure PEAR on my own site, thanks.

And in your ads you mentioned you support SSH, I tried putty to login my site, but failed, could you please let me know how to access it?

Our servers do support PEAR and SSH2.
