I'd like to set up a page where our members can vote on decisions, etc.

We do not provide any default feature/scripts to set up a page where your members can vote on decisions, etc. But, you will get several third party softwares/scripts for this purpose. You can upload those scripts into your account and use it.

It is also advisable to contact a webdesigner for getting this script up and running fine.
