G'day,

I've ported over a form from my previous provider. It appears to agree with the FAQ as far as configuration. Formmail.pl doesn't seem to be in the cgi-sys directory though. I get a script has been disabled error when submitting my form.

Do I need to install Formmail? The FAQ suggests it should already exisit...

Hello Peter,

There will be a cpanel form mail script by default in the cgi-sys directory. If it is not present in your account, then we have to check in detail. Please open a support ticket at support@canadianwebhosting.com. Make sure that you have included the site name and form url ( including logins, if needed). Then only, we can recreate the issue from our end.

Shame on me, I never followed-up. It did appear to be missing, this has been fixed, thank you Adam.
