Postby newtothis » Mon Jul 24, 2006 3:09 pm

i have gone thru all of your site to find out more information about the facility you use...

would you be able to give me/us more information about it..

what is the name of this facility if you can give this information out.
what type of servers you use.. is it a secured facility i would guess it is since its 1st class.( security cameras. power back up generators(how many hours) so on.)

what type and how many connections do you have...

t-1 oc-? so on... for reliable uptime in case one goes down type of thing..
i know you guarentee over 90% uptime...

or could you point me to the page that would give me this information if there is one.

i think this is the last thing that is gonna make up my mind between you and 2 others hosting(here in nova scotia) companies im looking at... so far your tied at first place.

thank you again...

Personally I'm not sure about any info regarding number of servers, the specifics of there colocations or anything, I just know this:

~ I can not remember my sites being down at all (except when I screwed up my database and the index file could not find any info.. d'oh!).

~ Whenever I have a problem, they are available to help.

~ When I managed to generate too large a storage on my account, they actually called up to ask if I needed more space alloted.

First Class Service is what I get for my money, and I dont think you'll be dissappointed with these guys. ;)
