If you are a current customer and thinking of adding a new hosting account here are a few things to consider.

If you were to open each hosting account through the original channel of our website http://www.canadianwebhosting.com then you would end up with multiple Billing Management Center log ins to manage each account. Some customers like it this way, if they ever want to give the hosting account to another person it can be a very easy transition. However for most it may be more desirable to open the new account(s) through their current Billing Management Center (BMC). This can make managing multiple hosting accounts easier.

You can create your new hosting account through your current accounts Billing Management Center (BMC) by doing the following things.

1. Log in to your BMC
2. Click on the "ACCOUNTS" tab at the top
3. On the left click the "NEW ACCOUNT" tab
4. Choose to either: register a new domain, transfer an existing domain, or change the DNS of an existing domain
Enter the domain name and hit submit (if you are registering a new domain name it will tell you if it is available or not at this stage)
5. Choose the plan that you would like then hit Submit
6. Enter in the additional account details on the next screen and press Submit.

We will then process your order and email you out the account settings to access your new hosting account.
