I'm getting tired of composing this message only to have it disappear, so I'm not going to put as much effort into it this time. If it survives and isn't lost in another forum crash, and if someone tries to reply, then I will go to the trouble of organizing all the details again. So, in a nutshell, why is my service advertized with limits of 1GB and 50GB, but shown as 500MB and 10GB on my cPanel?
