I had some problems with my VPS which started the day before Christmas. I wanted to tell you all how much I appreciated the help you gave me and the work your techs did. I know about working on holidays and I can say to all when you say 24/7 you stand by it. It took a bit to resolve but communication was always there including a few phone calls from the lead techs.
If you are reading this and considering a move to CWH my advice is to run not walk to these folks. They really do it well and actually care about their customers.
