Please make sure you use the full email address (eg:
user@domain.com) as the username to connect to the server.
The mail server settings should be:
Outgoing server
mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with the actual domain name) and port 25 (or 26 if port 25 is blocked by ISP)
Incoming server (POP3)
mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with the actual domain name) and port 110
Incoming server (IMAP)
mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with the actual domain name) and port 143
