CWH Customers,

Please be advised that the VANCOUVER DATACENTRE will be performing a maintenance on the DDoS
Shield Firewall Infrastructure during the following date and time:

Thursday, January 21st, 2010, from 22:00PM PT to 23:00PM PT.

This maintenance is necessary to perform a system code upgrade on one of
the the security devices.

This maintenance will be SERVICE IMPACTING. As our network
connectivity traverses the infrastructure that is being upgraded, you
will see a network service drop for up to 15 minutes during this 1 hour
maintenance window.
