Dear Customers,

Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled electrical maintenance at the Vancouver Data Center Facility during the following window:

Thursday September 30th, 2010 at 21:00PM PT to Friday October 1st, 2010 at 07:00AM PT

This maintenance is required to replace UPS batteries that have reached their end of life on UPS-4.

This maintenance is NON SERVICE IMPACTING. The UPS will remain online for the duration of the maintenance, however there may be a portion of the maintenance that may require the UPS to be placed into bypass mode.

This work will be NON-SERVICE IMPACTING, however due to the nature of the work being performed we are sending this out as a precautionary notification. We will have additional staff on hand to deal with any unexpected issues.
